Return rules summary

  • Returns accepted for 30 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • 20% restocking fee



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can submit a Return Request. If your return request is accepted, please package and ship your item(s) back to the address provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and submit a Help Request immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing parts or other issues, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like factory parts 

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Vehicles:
Vehicles can be returned for a refund, less a 20-35% restocking charge. Customer pays for return shipping.

We will inspect the vehicle upon receipt and may make further deductions from any refund for operation, excessive operation, damage, accidents, misuse, incorrect assembly, improper maintenance, or other issues.
